The description
The flat extends over 72 sq m at number 19 rue Foresta, in the Port district. Two separate bedrooms organize the private spaces, whilst the living room accommodates communal life without superfluous partitioning.
The two-bedroom configuration allows for occupation by a couple or several people, depending on whether one of the bedrooms remains a bedroom or becomes a study. Local amenities are nearby, without the property claiming a position that is not its own.

Questions people ask about this property
- Where do you shop and go to market?
- Cours Saleya, in Old Nice, holds its flower and fresh produce market from Tuesday to Sunday; on Mondays it gives way to antique dealers. The Libération market, around Place Charles-de-Gaulle and Avenue Malausséna, is where Nice residents do their main food shopping, also open every day except Monday. Tram line 1 stops there, at Libération. The city runs further neighbourhood markets, from Saint-Augustin to L’Ariane.
- How do you get around from here?
- Nice-Ville station takes TGV high-speed trains and coastal TER services, with the Gare Thiers stop on tram line 1 close by. Line 2 links Port Lympia to Nice Côte d’Azur airport, terminals 1 and 2, running underground through the centre via Jean Médecin, where it meets line 1. Line 1 crosses the city from Henri Sappia in the north to Pasteur hospital, while line 3 runs from Saint-Isidore, in the Var plain, to Port Lympia. By road, the A8 passes north of the city, with the Nice-Saint-Isidore and Nice-Nord interchanges.
- Which schools are nearby?
- As for schools, the public system in Nice offers, alongside neighbourhood schools, international sections from primary school to lycée. Private international schools round out the offer across the department, teaching all or part of the curriculum in English. The map of sections changes from one school year to the next: the Nice education authority publishes the current list, and we look at the schools near the property with each family.
