Audience measurement
If you click “Accept” in the banner, two tools from Vercel Inc., a company based in the United States, load. Web Analytics counts page views. Speed Insights measures loading speed. According to Vercel, neither sets a cookie or keeps your IP address. If you refuse, or until you choose, neither loads.

Our own counters
On our own servers we keep counters of visits and clicks (call, email, WhatsApp, form). They hold no personal data: no IP address, no identifier.

Where your visit came from
When you write to us or click on WhatsApp, we attach to your request the site that led you to us (for example a search engine, a social network or a property portal) and the first page you viewed. Nothing is written to your browser: the information lasts as long as the tab. If you accepted audience measurement, it is also kept for the session, until you close the browser.

Error monitoring
When a page hits a technical error, the site sends the report to Sentry (Functional Software Inc.), which hosts it in the European Union, in Frankfurt. The report describes the error and the page concerned; it holds no cookie, no stored IP address and no form content, and the personal links of tenant applications are masked. This monitoring keeps the site working and sets no cookie.

Management
The “Change my choice” button at the bottom of this page erases your answer: the banner comes back and audience measurement stops. You can also clear cookies from your browser.
