Data protection charter

GDPR.

We handle your data with the same care we give to the addresses you entrust to us. Here is how.

I.

Data controller

The data controller is the company publishing this site (see legal notice). Data Protection Officer (DPO): (to be appointed). Any data-related request should go to the DPO via the contact address.

II.

Data we collect

Only the data you provide through our forms: name, email, phone, message, search criteria. No data is collected without your knowledge: the search measurement described below is aggregated and cannot identify you.

III.

Purposes

Answering your request, presenting properties that match your criteria, sending La Gazette if you subscribed, contacting you by phone or SMS if you opted in.

IV.

Retention period

Prospect requests: three years from last contact. Mandates and transactions: ten years as required by accounting and professional regulations. Gazette subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

V.

Search measurement

Searches made on the site (concierge field and filters) are recorded in aggregate form to measure demand and guide our sourcing of properties for sale. We keep the criteria (district, budget, number of rooms) and, for twelve months, the wording of the request as written; it is then deleted automatically. No IP address, cookie or session identifier is attached to these records: they cannot identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding the market in which we operate.

VI.

Your rights

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction. Write to the DPO. You may also file a complaint with the French CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

Withdraw your consent

If you agreed to be contacted by telephone, text message or email, you may go back on that agreement at any time. Enter the address or number you gave us: the withdrawal takes effect immediately.

You may also tell us in person, by telephone on +33 4 93 44 83 83, or in writing to rgpd@107promenade.com. Withdrawal does not delete the record of the original agreement: we must keep it in order to prove that it was given, and then withdrawn.
