Hoguet law · Fee schedule
In accordance with the Hoguet law and the order of 10 January 2017, our fees are shown inclusive of tax, and the party responsible (seller, buyer, landlord or tenant) is stated for each service. Schedule in force as of 1 January 2026.
I.
Flats and houses, for residential or professional use: 8% incl. tax, payable by the buyer or the seller depending on the type of mandate and property. Where commission is shared with partner agencies: 10% incl. tax. For a parking space or garage up to €50,000, a flat fee of €4,000 incl. tax.
II.
Unfurnished and furnished lettings. Viewing, file preparation and drafting of the lease: €10 per m². Inventory of fixtures: €3 per m². Fees incl. tax, VAT at 20%.
III.
Unfurnished and furnished lettings. Introduction and negotiation: €6 per m². Viewing, file preparation and drafting of the lease: €10 per m². Inventory of fixtures: €3 per m². Fees incl. tax, VAT at 20%.
IV.
Management fee: 10% of the rent excluding charges, payable by the landlord. Management provided by Promenades Services.
V.
No file fee, set-up fee or hidden “agency fee”. Everything we charge is listed here.
