Èze sits on a peak, more than four hundred metres above the sea. The medieval village, its lanes and its exotic garden look out over the coast from Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat to the Estérel. Below, Èze-bord-de-mer runs down to the water.
Here one buys a view and a position, more than a floor area. Between the village, the heights and the lower corniche, the stock is scarce and each property is a matter of geographic exception.
