French Riviera

Beaulieu-sur-Mer

A micro-climate, Belle Époque villas, a flat, residential seafront.

Life here

Beaulieu owes its name to its mildness. Sheltered from the wind, the Baie des Fourmis drew winter visitors from the late 19th century, who left behind the Villa Kérylos, a recreation of a Greek dwelling at the water’s edge.

The town stays residential and flat, a rare thing on the Riviera: one walks along the sea, one lives here year-round. Belle Époque buildings and fine apartment houses sit alongside a few seafront villas.

Market notes

A heritage, stable market: a clientele attached to the quiet and the micro-climate, a premium on the seafront and high floors with a view. Belle Époque period stock is prized here. Price reads from the building and the aspect; we set it on request.

Frequently asked questions
