Letting without giving anything up.
Promenade Holiday lets flats by the night and by the week, on the Promenade des Anglais and across Nice. Making a property pay as a seasonal let without costing it any of its standing: that has been our trade since 1999.

Our approach
Seasonal letting, without compromising on standing.
You worry that a seasonal let will wear your flat down or dilute its image. We treat your property as an address, not as a stock of nights.
Every stay is prepared, every traveller is welcomed in person. Cleaning, linen and upkeep follow a hotel standard; between two stays, your property is returned to the state in which you entrusted it.
You stay in control: you set the dates, you approve the terms, and you receive a report on every stay. The rest, we carry.
An address on the Promenade is entrusted for the length of a stay, then handed back intact. That is the whole difference with a rented room.

What we do
Precise commitments.
What the seasonal management mandate provides for, in concrete terms.
Welcoming travellers
Keys handed over in person, the property and the neighbourhood introduced, departure checked. A stay begins and ends with a meeting.
Concierge
Answers to travellers during the stay, recommendations and services on site. Reachable during office hours, Monday to Saturday.
Cleaning and linen
Hotel standard between each stay, linen provided and maintained, the property checked before every arrival.
Listings and bookings
Listings published and kept across the platforms, calendar synchronised, travellers vetted before confirmation.
Pricing and yield
Prices adjusted to the season and the demand; a report on every stay and on the revenue paid to you.
Upkeep and checks
Inspection of the property at each turnover and between stays, follow-up of minor works.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you offer seasonal lettings in Nice?
- Yes. Promenade Holiday handles seasonal lettings of properties in Nice and along the Côte d'Azur, from 107 Promenade des Anglais.
- What is the difference between seasonal and annual letting?
- A seasonal let welcomes travellers for short, furnished stays with regular arrivals and departures. An annual let places a tenant for the long term under a residential lease: it falls under rental management.
- How do I entrust my property for seasonal letting?
- Simply contact Promenade Holiday to arrange a visit of the property and discuss its letting potential. The scope of our involvement is then agreed with the owner before any letting begins.
